The Khawla Art and Culture Foundation launched the “Somewhere, Jordan” initiative in the city of Salt, bringing the stories of the place to life through art and celebrating its identity and heritage. The initiative features 15 Jordanian artists presenting 80 works of art. Events run through November 30 and include a digital exhibition and interactive workshops. Salt was chosen for its rich cultural and architectural heritage; it has been on UNESCO’s World Heritage List since 2021. The initiative aims to foster cultural and artistic dialogue and exchange between the UAE and Jordan.
