Emirati writer and calligrapher Fatima Al Hammadi says Sahab Publishing House is the realization of a cultural dream she had nurtured for 20 years. The dream came to life after she won a place in the training program run by the Sharjah Publishing Sustainability Fund. Drawing on her passion for calligraphy and writing—both of which offered her refuge during times of loss—Al Hammadi aims to publish books that touch people’s lives, with a focus on self-development and healing through knowledge. The press is developing titles in interactive children’s literature and preparing to participate in local and international book fairs.
