Dar al-Ifta details eyebrow grooming rules for women
The Egyptian Dar Al-Ifta clarified that moderately shaping the eyebrows for women within reasonable limits is considered permissible adornment. It is also permitted for an unmarried woman to remove excess hair that causes her embarrassment or harm. However, complete hair removal for the purpose of excessive beautification is prohibited, in accordance with the Prophet's Hadith regarding the woman who plucks and has her eyebrows plucked.
