Julie Amin's Background Post-Arrest
Journalist Julie Amin, the presenter of the program "The Sweet Half" on Al-Hadath Al-Youm channel, has been arrested due to her involvement in the case of Egyptian businessman Sabry Nakhnoikh and other individuals. She was detained while attempting to transfer ownership of a car registered in Nakhnoikh's name to her own. Social media posts attributed to her supporting Nakhnoikh coincided with ongoing investigations into a brawl inside a car exhibition in New Cairo, during which Nakhnoikh and his nephew were detained for several days. Additionally, the Public Prosecution issued a decision to freeze Nakhnoikh's and other individuals' assets and prevent them from traveling until the case is resolved.
