The meeting took place at the ministry's headquarters in the New Administrative Capital. She emphasized the importance of implementing the initiative in phases across all governorates, with a focus on providing psychological, health, and social care for children aged 7 to 18, developing care facilities, and preparing a detailed timetable for execution. Additionally, she highlighted the necessity of training specialized staff. The committee reviewed experiences from similar countries and underscored the importance of a gradual approach to implementation, aimed at overcoming the challenges faced by previous programs, with the ultimate goal of supporting the most vulnerable children in society.
