Two tankers arrived at the Syrian port of Baniyas, one loaded with 64,324 metric tons of diesel and the other with 5,620.3 tons of liquefied gas, as part of efforts to secure the local market's needs for petroleum derivatives. The port staff began connecting the tankers and unloading the shipments into Baniyas' tanks, following technical procedures and safety and operational efficiency standards. These steps reinforce the Syrian Ministry of Energy's efforts to ensure continuous supplies and reduce the impact of regional tensions on oil prices and supply chains.
