TASI drops below 10,700 amid sell-off

The index's losses exceeded 0.85%, with the Capital Goods sector experiencing the biggest decline, while sectors such as Healthcare, Banking, and others remained less affected. Trading value also fell by 13.7%, reaching 3.84 billion Saudi Riyals, with the average transaction value decreasing to 8,900 Riyals. Meanwhile, the number of transactions increased by 3%, indicating ongoing pressure amid activity spread across smaller trades.
