STC to pay 2.75B SAR dividends

Saudi Telecom Company (STC) has decided to distribute cash dividends totaling 2.746 billion SAR for the second quarter of 2026, at a rate of 0.55 SAR per share, representing 5.5% of the nominal share value. The dividends will be paid to approximately 4.99 billion shares, with entitlement for shareholders until August 3, 2026. The distribution process will begin on August 20 via Riyad Bank. These dividends are part of the approved three-year dividend policy, which started with the fourth quarter of 2024, aimed at enhancing shareholder returns.
