Tamkeen to pay 1.43 Riyals per share

Tamkeen Human Resources Company announced a conditional cash dividend distribution for the first half of 2026, totaling 37.895 million Riyals, to be paid on 26.5 million shares, equivalent to 1.43 Riyals per share (or 14.3% of the nominal value). Shareholders who own the shares as of August 13, 2026, will be entitled to the dividends, which will be distributed starting August 27, 2026. The company also indicated that distributions to non-resident investors are subject to a 5% withholding tax. Non-residents with tax exemptions are advised to contact the Investor Relations Department within three days of the entitlement date to ensure the proper transfer of dividends to their accounts.
