Dubai Airports hosted the "Dubai Marathon" event for the first time inside Dubai International Airport, aiming to promote physical activity among employees, community members, and travelers, in line with Dubai's vision to establish sports and health as a part of daily life. The event included two morning walks inside the terminal, involving airport staff and people of determination, with the goal of supporting community health and encouraging regular exercise. This initiative is part of Dubai’s efforts to expand the program to workplaces and key destinations across the city. It is the first time that airports have hosted an event like the "Dubai Marathon" outside shopping centers, as a step to strengthen healthy ties and community spirit.
