The "Nafis" initiative provides financial support to the wives of Emirati male citizens working in the private and banking sectors in the UAE, provided that the husband is either an Emirati or non-Emirati citizen. The support is limited to those whose salaries range between 6,000 and 15,000 AED and who hold a bachelor's degree or higher. The initiative also includes exceptional cases such as medical and educational professionals, PhD holders, and women working in vital roles. Beneficiaries can access the support electronically through the "Nafis" platform using UAE Pass, with the aim of enhancing the stability of Emirati families and encouraging women's participation in the labor market.
