The Saudi stock market "Tadawul" executed two private transactions involving "Al Rajhi" and "STC" shares, totaling 15.85 million Saudi Riyals through 300,000 shares. A transaction was carried out on "Al Rajhi" shares at a price of 69.30 Riyals, totaling 6.93 million Riyals, involving 100,000 shares. The "STC" deal amounted to 8.92 million Riyals via 200,000 shares, at a price of 44.6 Riyals per share. Private transactions are a means for executing deals between pre-agreed buying and selling investors, influencing the traded quantities and values without affecting stock prices or market indicators.
