The statement by the Director General of the Dubai Women’s Establishment highlights the 20th anniversary of the organization's founding. It emphasizes how the institution has contributed to strengthening the status of Emirati women and expanding their role in development. The efforts have focused on creating a platform to generate opportunities and develop competencies—not just an organization dedicated to women. Initiatives have helped build a supportive environment that transforms aspirations into achievements. It also noted that the success story of Emirati women reflects a comprehensive national vision, with particular support for Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak. The theme for this year, "We will emerge stronger and better," expresses a forward-looking vision to continue building on the gains made.
