Tabuk Agriculture Cancels Assembly

Tabuk Agricultural Development Company announced that its extraordinary general assembly meeting was not held due to the lack of quorum. In the first meeting, 18.63% of the shares were present, compared to the required quorum of 50%, and in the second meeting, 18.67% of the shares were present, compared to the 25% needed. The meeting was supposed to discuss amendments to the company's capital, but the lack of quorum prevented voting on the matter. This delay does not affect the company's results or existing recommendations. A third meeting will be scheduled after coordinating with regulatory authorities and obtaining the necessary approvals.
