East Nile Monorail timetable revised
The Ministry of Transport announced the modification of the East Nile Monorail operating hours to be from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. starting June 27, 2026. This change coincides with the launch of the second phase of the project, which includes 22 stations from Cairo Stadium to Al-Adl City in the New Administrative Capital. The adjustment aims to accommodate the increasing passenger traffic, while also enhancing connectivity with the national transportation network through transfer stations with the metro and the Light Rail Transit. Additionally, a 50% discount on tickets will be offered on official holidays.
