Local Development Minister reviews Cairo and Marsa Matruh inspections
During June, the Ministry of Local Development and the Environment focused its efforts on monitoring the quality of services provided to citizens in the Marassi Matrouh and Hammam centers in Matrouh Governorate, as well as in Heliopolis district in Cairo. Field campaigns resulted in the halting of approximately 50 illegal building permits and the cancellation of multiple reconciliation forms. Additionally, those involved in illegal violations were referred for investigation. Efforts were also made to monitor and improve the performance of the waste management system and road repairs, along with the completion of some projects from the investment plan. The procedures were intensified to oversee the work of various departments to ensure discipline and the enforcement of legal measures against violators.
