The Social Insurance and Pensions Law outlines the regulations for establishing the percentage of disability for those injured during work. It stipulates that the treating medical facility must notify the treating authority when treatment is completed and the disability persists, giving the patient the right to request a reassessment. The law also requires the issuance of a certificate from the relevant health insurance authority regarding disability cases and authorizes medical councils to determine and verify these disabilities. Additionally, it specifies the procedures for making and implementing decisions in coordination between the concerned authorities.
