Assiut Governorate Confirms Confiscation of 2,000 Bottles of Unidentified Beverages and Unknown-Origin Oil in Deirout

Assiut Governor, Major General Mohamed Allawan, confirmed that inspection campaigns in markets will continue to monitor unidentified food products and illegal commodities. In Dairout, 2,000 bottles of unknown beverages were seized, including 750 bottles of Coca-Cola and 1,250 sweetened drinks. Additionally, unlicensed quantities of oil were discovered, prepared for circulation without any documentation proving their source. Reports were also filed regarding violations related to the failure to display product prices. Legal actions have been taken against the offenders to ensure consumer safety and safeguard public health.
