Unlicensed individual arrested for impersonating customer service employee and stealing citizens' money

The security authorities were able to uncover the details of a scam involving a clothing store owner in Cairo. The suspect, who resides in Minya, impersonated a customer service employee through electronic applications and lured victims, pretending he could provide technical support before stealing sums from their accounts. The suspect was referred to the prosecutor's office after being caught with a phone containing evidence of his criminal activity, and he admitted to committing the crime.
