The Engineers Syndicate Announces Launch of Job Platform, Professional Academy, and 40% Increase in Pension Resources Within Six Months

The Engineers Syndicate's strategy for the period 2026-2030 focuses on achieving a comprehensive transformation in the syndicate's services, including professional development, economic empowerment, improving the quality of life for engineers, and ensuring financial sustainability. Among its key objectives are launching a digital employment platform within six months, providing 5,000 residential units, increasing the Pension Fund's revenues by 40%, training 30,000 engineers through professional programs, and enhancing the efficiency of the healthcare system. The strategy also aims to reduce the number of engineering students admitted annually from 40,000 to 20,000. Additionally, it seeks to address the high unemployment rates among engineers, which reach 20% in Cairo and 40% in Upper Egypt, through restructuring the administrative apparatus, developing the investment system, and elevating social clubs—all with the goal of providing better services and achieving long-term sustainability.
