Iran urges citizens to reduce electricity consumption after American strikes

The Iranian Ministry of Energy called on citizens to reduce electricity consumption after the grid was stressed due to American strikes on energy facilities in southern Iran. They urged turning off air conditioning units during peak hours to ensure the stability of electricity supplies. This comes amid escalating tensions between Washington and Tehran, with ongoing American strikes on Iranian targets. Meanwhile, the foreign ministers of China and Pakistan called on the United States and Iran to cease hostilities and resume dialogue to resolve the crisis.
