Sharqia Governorate Seizes 9,042 Liters of Diesel and Issues 22 Commercial Violations During Regulatory Campaigns

Intensive regulatory campaigns were carried out in Al Sharqiya Governorate to curb commercial violations. These efforts led to the seizure of 9,042 liters of diesel fuel inside gas stations before they could be smuggled and sold on the black market. Additionally, 22 violations of various kinds were recorded, during which quantities of agricultural fertilizer, sugar, and salt of unknown origin were found. The campaign also targeted the crackdown on cigarette sales above the official price and the lack of health certificates for workers, all aimed at protecting consumers and enforcing the law against offenders.
