Judiciary Decides on Abdel Hai's Arab Doctors Role

After approximately nine years of legal dispute, the final court ruling confirmed the validity of the election of Dr. Osama Abdul Hae as Secretary General of the Arab Medical Federation. The decision was implemented, allowing him to take over his office in Cairo after regaining his legal rights. The current phase focuses on reactivating the Federation's role and developing its performance to promote cooperation among Arab medical syndicates and bodies, and to enhance its role in shared professional and medical issues. The final agreement comes after a judicial verdict and approval from the Ministry of Social Solidarity for the handover of the headquarters. Abdul Hae emphasized the importance of unifying efforts among Arab doctors to preserve the Federation’s national role.
