The article addresses a parliamentary question regarding the criteria for the movement assigning dental graduates from the 2023 batch, and whether these criteria align with principles of justice and equal opportunity. MP Bassam Al-Sawwaf explained that the lack of clarity in the criteria has led to the exclusion of some graduates or disparities in assignment rates among universities, raising concerns about whether the movement is genuinely responding to the real needs of the healthcare sector and providing fair opportunities for graduates. He called for a review of the assignment system, a clear announcement of the criteria, and their consistent implementation. Additionally, he urged the issuance of a supplementary assignment movement to meet actual needs and to reduce the impact of disparities on employment opportunities for graduates.
