National Alliance conducts second One Hand convoy in Beni Suef
The National Coalition for Community Development carried out the second "Hand in Hand" convoy in Barrouh Village, Beni Suef Governorate, as part of the third phase. More than 45,000 people benefited from it. The convoy included the provision of food, medical, social, educational, and cultural services, along with economic empowerment activities and awareness campaigns. The distributions comprised 8,000 food aid packages, 10,000 clothing items, and 200 school bags. It also featured entertainment and awareness activities, various medical services across different specialties, a unit for elderly care, an eye clinic, eye and heart surgical campaigns, in addition to the distribution of assistive devices, humanitarian case rehabilitation, the provision of 15 wheelchairs, 10 economic empowerment kiosks, and cultural and awareness workshops on family planning and early detection of breast cancer. Eighteen associations and organizations from the "Hand in Hand" coalition participated in organizing the convoy, aiming to strengthen efforts to support needy families, in line with the directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, and as part of civil society's efforts to deliver comprehensive developmental services across various governorates.
