The article explains how to make "Shamsi Bread" in a new valley. This is a unique type of bread that connects ancient Egyptian heritage with a spiritual and agricultural character. The preparation begins with women waking up at night to prepare the fermented yeast. Then, flour is kneaded with water and salt and shaped into round discs. These discs are sun-dried under the hot sunlight on rooftops or courtyards. The discs are left in the sun until they puff up and turn their golden color, then they are carved and baked in the traditional village oven. This baking day becomes a weekly celebratory occasion that expresses generosity and love within the village. This bread is considered a symbol of heritage and tradition, bringing people together in ceremonies that add a spiritual and social dimension to the customs.
