Restaurant minimum order rules allowed
Restaurants are allowed to set a minimum order limit, provided it is clearly advertised to customers—either through a sign on the door or in a clear manner that allows the customer to know the condition before placing an order. Failure to announce the minimum order invalidates the restaurant's right to enforce it on the customer. It was also noted that there is chaos in the pricing market, with prices increasing daily and not decreasing when costs go down, thereby adding to the burden on citizens and affecting their income levels.
