The Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the rules and regulations for accepting technical diploma students for the 2026 academic year. These will be available through the electronic coordination website, which will be open from September 5 to September 13, 2026. The eligibility criteria include acceptance of students holding a technical secondary school diploma with a minimum grade of 60%, and students with a diploma from advanced technical institutes with a minimum grade of 60%. Additionally, students with diplomas from health, commercial, or vocational institutes in various specialties will be considered, with specific minimum grade requirements starting at 75% for certain fields. The website allows students to easily register their preferences online, with the option to modify them until the site closes. This aims to facilitate the coordination process, reduce errors, and enable students to review their admission results promptly once announced. The regulations also include provisions for transferring students between colleges and institutes under specific conditions, in order to ease their transition and ensure compliance with admission standards.
