The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities has approved the regulations and procedures for the 2027 Tourist Hajj season, aiming to develop the system and provide distinguished services that ensure the rights of pilgrims and tourism companies. Registration for pilgrims through Egyptian tourism companies will be open from September 4 to September 27, with a public electronic draw taking place and the results announced on September 30. The regulations include enhancing digital oversight, safeguarding the rights of all parties, organizing additional services and luggage documentation, as well as monitoring and evaluating service quality through the "Rafiq" application. Additionally, the levels and prices of Hajj programs have been diversified, and specific requirements for bus specifications have been set to ensure pilgrims' safety, all aimed at organizing trips in a disciplined and secure manner.
