The Benha Criminal Court in Qalyubia sentenced three officials from a travel company to three years in prison with labor, after convicting them of fraud and embezzlement of a citizen's money by deceiving him into believing there was a profitable business project, which was later revealed to be fictitious. The defendants used fraudulent means to persuade the victim and steal his funds. Investigations confirmed the charges, in accordance with Egyptian Penal Code.
