Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouly pledged to monitor the availability of medicines and medical supplies in all hospitals to ensure continuous supplies that meet patients' needs. He confirmed that the state has allocated approximately 90 billion Egyptian pounds in the current budget to strengthen the medicine stockpile, along with the implementation of an integrated supply management system through the Unified Procurement Authority, which includes an accurate database and electronic inventory applications. Current results show that the stock levels are satisfactory in government hospitals, supported by modern technological solutions to improve efficiency—thus guaranteeing the sustainability of healthcare services and the quality of medicines.
