The Egyptian Ministry of Interior denied the claims made by the terrorist group, the Muslim Brotherhood, which alleged that inmates in correctional and rehabilitation centers were on hunger strike in protest against the restrictions imposed on them. The ministry affirmed that all facilities are equipped with the necessary living and health provisions, and that full care is being provided in accordance with the highest standards of human rights. It also pointed out that these allegations are part of the group's efforts to distort the facts and obtain benefits outside lawful frameworks, and that legal measures are being taken against those spreading them.
