The police forces in Cairo succeeded in arresting a begging network involving children. The group consisted of five men and two women, all with criminal records, who exploited children for begging and selling goods in a coercive manner. Ten at-risk minors were also apprehended alongside the suspects, and all parties admitted to their criminal activity. Legal measures have been taken, and the children have been returned to their families, with the parents pledging to care for them. Additionally, arrangements are underway to place unidentified children into care homes.
