Judicial ruling on Fake Judge trial
The Public Prosecution was able to identify and apprehend the main suspect in the "Fake Judge" case, who impersonated a judge and committed frauds against citizens. He exploited the image of a judicial sash and recorded clips inside the courthouse to lend credibility to his claims. The suspect claimed he could facilitate procedures for allocating residential units and used social media to spread fake evidence. Additionally, he possessed a weapon, a fake ID, and claimed to be a judge, carrying a bag with counterfeit identification cards. The court decided to suspend the case proceedings and detain the suspects until the court proceedings are complete. Investigations confirmed the involvement of a second suspect and cooperation from some courthouse employees in the commission of the crimes.
