Revolutionary Guard Seeks Retaliation After US Attack in Iran
Teymur Ahmad Wiehadi, the Commander-in-Chief of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, vowed to retaliate against the American attack that targeted a wedding celebration in the Kohestak region in southern Iran, which resulted in the death of five people and injury of 67. He confirmed that the blood of the victims would not be shed in vain. The attack, which hit a residential building during the wedding, was analyzed by experts as possibly being caused by a US-made "JSOW" missile, according to specialists’ assessments. However, the U.S. Central Command denied targeting civilians. Wiehadi warned that those responsible for carrying out the attack would not escape punishment, asserting that the Revolutionary Guard and the armed forces will continue to protect the country's security and stability.
