Congo plans move of embassy to Jerusalem
The Democratic Republic of the Congo announced that it will relocate its embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, expressing support for Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. In doing so, it joins countries like the United States that have taken similar measures. This move is considered a violation of international law, as most countries continue to oppose transferring their embassies to Jerusalem.
