Governments Processed 18,000 of 224,000 Requests

The Unified Governmental Complaint System recorded during August a total of 224,000 requests and complaints from citizens. Of these, 81% were directed to the relevant authorities, including ministries, governorates, and agencies, while 38,000 complaints were preserved in accordance with regulations. The most involved sectors were health, housing, and prices & supplies. The system responded swiftly to emergency cases and successfully resolved thousands of requests, providing effective responses to improve the quality of government services. The system aims to enhance efficiency in communication with citizens and deliver faster, more effective responses to their needs.
