Education updates safety rules for 2027
The Ministry of Education has issued strict procedures and regulations to ensure the safety of students before the start of the 2026-2027 school year, scheduled to begin on September 12. The measures include inspecting the safety of school iron doors, reviewing the condition of electrical fans, and ensuring the safety of fences, barriers, and staircases to prevent any risks. It also emphasized the importance of general cleanliness, quickly receiving school books from warehouses, and activating the electronic attendance system compatible with the paper records. Additionally, the ministry focused on completing minor maintenance works and coordinating with local authorities to ensure the school surroundings are free of hazards such as unsecured drains and unsafe kiosks, all to guarantee a safe and prepared environment for students.
