Ali El Hagar to Join Arab Music Festival
The article discusses artist Ali El Hagar's agreement with the management of the Egyptian Opera House to participate in the events of the 34th edition of the Arab Music Festival and Conference. Previously, he had announced his withdrawal due to the allocated budget for the accompanying musical band, which he described as insufficient. This comes as part of the Opera House's efforts to increase financial support and pay raises, with its president, Dr. Reda El Wakeel, discussing with the Ministry of Finance the possibility of increasing the allocations to ensure the festival's continuity and to elevate its status by including major artists. Details about his participation and the date of his performance are expected to be announced soon. The festival will be held from October 20 to 30 and is dedicated to the late artist Hani Shaker.
