The House of Representatives has begun finalizing the formation of specialized committees, establishing rules to regulate member membership and the election of committee chairs. These rules include guidelines for distributing membership based on a fixed system to ensure balance and transparency, as well as mechanisms for the election of committee leadership to guarantee integrity and facilitate active member participation in the selection process. The goal is to enhance the efficiency and speed of committee work while maximizing transparency and integrity in the formation process.
