The National Authority for Egyptian Railways announced the availability of a service to book travel tickets electronically for people of determination (persons with disabilities) and their companions, aiming to facilitate procedures and support digital transformation. Tickets can be obtained through the authority's official application for Android and iPhone users, or via the online booking website, with the requirement to verify official data using the national ID number and the integrated services card to ensure ticket validity. The authority emphasizes the enforcement of regulations in case of any discrepancies in the data and obligates beneficiaries to pay the ticket price and the applicable fine.
