Shop and restaurant hours on October 6th
During the October Victory celebrations, shop and restaurant closing hours will follow the winter schedule that has been in effect since late September and will continue until April 2027. Restaurants, cafes, and bazaars will close daily at midnight, while retail stores and malls will close at 10 PM, with extended closing hours until 11 PM on Thursdays, Fridays, and official holidays. Certain vital activities such as bakeries, pharmacies, and wholesale markets are exempt from these timings based on citizens' needs. The working hours for artisanal companies are from 8 AM to 6 PM.
