The Ministry of Education is preparing to launch the October 2026 exams for the transfer grades within the continuous assessment system, aiming to measure students' academic achievement during the first weeks of the 2026/2027 school year. The exams will cover primary, preparatory, and secondary levels, starting from October 18 and continuing until October 22, 2026. The ministry emphasizes the importance of adhering to the prescribed curriculum and not deviating from the content of the school book, while providing multiple question models to ensure fairness. The percentage of marks varies by educational stage: 15 marks for primary, 70% of the subject's total for preparatory, and for secondary, 40% for coursework and 15% for each of the first and second monthly exams. This approach aims to monitor academic achievement periodically and evaluate it comprehensively.
