Health Ministry urges vaccination and provides hotline 105
The Ministry of Health and Population has emphasized that the seasonal influenza vaccine is essential for enhancing protection against the virus and reducing the risk of complications during the respiratory viruses season. It highlighted the importance of vaccination, especially as the season of increased infection rates approaches, and urged citizens to contact the hotline at 105 to find the nearest healthcare facility where vaccines are available, aiming to facilitate access to vaccination and strengthen preventive measures. The ministry noted that while the vaccine reduces the likelihood of contracting the virus, it does not provide complete immunity. These measures are part of its efforts to raise health awareness and encourage the necessary vaccinations during the flu season.
