Al-Ahly preps for Kéitara match
The technical staff of Al-Ahly's first football team, led by Hussein Amouta, focused on preparing the team for the upcoming match against Kitara Uganda in the first leg of the CAF Confederation Cup Round of 32, following their recent game against Zamalek in the Egyptian Premier League. Al-Ahly will face Kitara at the Hoiima City Stadium in Uganda next Saturday, with the return leg scheduled to take place in Cairo on October 25. The aim is to achieve a positive result on the away ground, which will help them secure a spot in the Round of 16. The responsibility of leading the team's mission has been entrusted to Sayed Abdel Hafez, who has begun coordinating with the club's management on travel, accommodation, and training arrangements. Meanwhile, coach Amouta is focusing on correcting defensive mistakes and enhancing the effectiveness of the attack in preparation for the team's first African encounter of the season.
