Serious case prompts full capacity sign in Alexandria
The theatrical performance "The Situation is Very Serious" enjoyed widespread audience turnout at the Pyram Tounsis Theater in Alexandria, with full house attendance over four consecutive nights. This took place as part of the winter season organized by the National Theater House, headed by artist Ehab Fahmy. The show coincided with the top match between Al-Ahly and Zamalek, yet this did not dampen the enthusiasm of the audience, who continued to attend in impressive numbers. The play tells the story of history teacher Isis, who embarks on a journey to search for authenticity and heritage. The plot is interwoven with a series of comedic situations that blend acting and spectacle. It is written by Walid Youssef and directed by Mohamed Morsi, featuring a team of artists from the Alexandria troupe.
