On Sport blamed for crowd noise
Walid Farouk, the director of the Al-Ahly versus Zamalek match in "The Summit 133," spoke about Zamalek's complaint accusing him of deliberately displaying offensive chants from Al-Ahly fans. He clarified that the responsibility for turning the sound on or off lies with ON Sport channel, and that he had informed the officials that the sound was functioning normally and that they have the authority to control it during the match. He added that he handled the situation neutrally and within the available capabilities, emphasizing that sound is only turned off when necessary. He also confirmed that the picture quality was according to the available resources, and that the production aimed to deliver a high-quality match for viewers.
