Yemen alliance intercepts Houthi missile toward Riyadh
The Saudi-led coalition supporting legitimacy in Yemen intercepted and destroyed a ballistic missile launched by the Houthi militia towards Riyadh. This follows previous operations that resulted in debris from two cruise missiles, causing injuries to four people and limited damage to 15 houses. This escalation by the Houthis continues against the Kingdom, which began with ongoing missile launches by the Houthi armed wing. In response, Saudi defensive measures are ongoing, amidst international calls to halt attacks on civilian facilities and targets in Saudi Arabia.
