Gomes clarifies coaching plans for Zamalek
Jose Gomes, the head coach of Al Khaleej Saudi team, confirmed that he is not interested in transferring to coach Zamalek and is fully focused on his current task with Al Khaleej. This statement came after he led the team to their first Premier League victory of the season, defeating Al Feiha 2-0, raising their points to 9 and placing them eleventh in the standings. It is worth mentioning that Gomes took over as Zamalek's coach in February 2024, leading the team in 47 matches, winning 27, and securing the CAF Confederation Cup and the African Super Cup titles.
