Al-Ahly adds new defender option
Mohamed Sharqiya, a defender for Modern Sport, has caught Al Ahly's attention for a potential transfer during the upcoming winter transfer window, as part of the club's plan to strengthen the back line in preparation for the upcoming matches. The club is currently conducting a technical and contractual evaluation of the shortlisted players to ensure they meet the technical staff's needs under coach Hussein Amouta. This comes as Al Ahly prepares to face El Qanah on Wednesday, October 21, in the 7th round of the Egyptian Premier League, where they are positioned second with 16 points from six matches.
